I took Evie for a much needed walk on the Roseville trail system we can access from our neighborhood. The pace was a little slow, but it felt great to be outside. The trail was packed with people, but everyone seemed to be keeping their distance. In fact, most people would look away as we passed and only a few said, "Hi".
After dinner (turkey soup), we had a family movie night. We watched the 2002 Scooby-Doo movie and as an added little treat, we let the kids eat popcorn and marshmallows in the living room.
After dinner, the girls joined me on a little walk with Evie around our neighborhood. This was Kellisa's first time leaving the house since March 17th and she was beyond thrilled. Laurel has left for a doctor's appointment and has spent some time in our backyard. Besides the fresh air, the girls enjoyed observing bugs and wild turkeys.
